Research, implement, analyse & repeat. Developing a strategy is just the beginning, it’s analysing the results and using the insights to keep tweaking on your strategy that makes the difference. Working with one strategy for three years straight? Not on my watch.

The world, and the technology that comes with it, changes fast. And so should your organisation. By staying up-to-date on new developments in the communication & marketing fields the mistake of wasting time with an out-dated strategy won’t be made. After a strategy has been established, it’s important to keep looking back. Using Google Analytics (for example) the results will be tracked and the strategy will be adjusted accordingly.

I prefer to work closely with different departments of an organisation. Working together with Customer Service, Web Development, Project Managers and Sales we can get to the core of the need of your target group. Together, we can make sure needed alterations can be implemented to the marketing strategy or certain media channels quickly. This way, we fight the “it has to get approved by 3 departments so it’ll take weeks”-mentality. Read more about Agile Working.
